Zigzag Crochet Fringed Kimono Cape

Hand-worked in an open chevron stitch, this wrap builds its pattern from narrow bands of zigzag that shift colour as they climb the body. The loose gauge keeps it light and slightly see-through, so it layers as easily over a summer dress as over a winter jumper. The front falls open from the shoulder with wide, short cape sleeves at each side, and the hem steps down to points finished with chunky yarn tassels.
