Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 2–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

The same rate applies to every destination we ship to. All prices and shipping charges are in US dollars (USD).

Duties and import taxes are included

The price you pay at checkout is the final price. All customs duties and import taxes are already included, so you will not be asked to pay anything to the carrier when your parcel is delivered.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Norway, and Switzerland. We are working to open additional destinations.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Multiple items

Orders containing several items are normally shipped together in one parcel. In some cases items may be dispatched separately at no extra cost to you.
