Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of flolae.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

3. Product descriptions and images

We work to describe our products as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly between individual items. Minor variation does not constitute a fault.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable customs duties and import taxes. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse orders that appear fraudulent, that are placed by resellers, or that we are unable to fulfil.

6. Shipping and returns

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to FLOLAE and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to infringe the rights of others.

9. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FLOLAE harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
