Sheer blouson sleeves balloon from the shoulder and gather at a buttoned cuff, while a mandarin collar and front placket keep the top half structured. A drawstring waist gathers the volume before the skirt breaks into a wide ruffled flounce at the hem. Every piece is cut from a different section of the print.
