Drawstring Smocked Waist Wide Leg Palazzo Pants

An enormous sweep of soft, airy fabric falls from a smocked waistband that stretches to sit comfortably high on the body. A slim drawstring at the front lets you adjust the gather, and deep side pockets disappear into the folds.
