Cut Out Lace Pleated A Line Dress

An above-the-knee summer dress made from cotton broderie anglaise, the eyelet holes punched in a repeating pattern that runs across the bodice, sleeves and skirt. A notched V neckline opens softly at the front, short puff sleeves gather at the shoulder, and a shirred panel draws the waist in before the skirt flares out and finishes with a tiered ruffle.
