Sliced Apple Novelty Claw Clip

A cross-section of an apple moulded in glossy acetate, complete with a pale core, two little pips and a stalk with a leaf sprouting from the top. The outer skin comes in a bright orchard green or a deep ripe crimson, and the layered construction gives the fruit real depth rather than a printed-on look. At around 6 cm it is a mid-size clip, good for a half-up twist, a side section or holding a low bun. It is a cheerful thing to find in a stocking or a gift bag.

• Material: Layered acetate
