Shirred Cutout Waist Tiered Maxi Dress

A long, soft dress made for hot evenings and slow walks. The bodice is shirred across the bust and held by fine adjustable straps that cross over an open back, with narrow cutouts at each side of the waist letting a little skin through. Below the seam the skirt drops into wide gathered tiers that build real volume and sweep the ground as you move.
