Satin Square Scarf With Lace Edging

A generous satin square finished on every side with a fine fringed lace border, so the edge stays soft and a little romantic instead of sharply hemmed. The face of the fabric has a liquid shine that catches light, while the reverse stays cool and slippery against the neck. Prints range from sketched roses and camellia outlines to classic dots, spotted animal markings and clean solids in blush or ivory. At just under thirty inches square it works knotted at the throat, folded into a headscarf, or draped over the shoulders of a coat like a light wrap. Fold it on the bias for the neatest knot.
