A deep-pile sherpa gilet cut wide and boxy through the body, with dropped shoulders that fall past the arm for that borrowed, thrown-on shape. A row of metal snaps runs up the front to a tall stand collar you can fasten right to the chin, and two roomy patch pockets sit low enough to actually use. Adjustable tabs at each side let you draw the hem in or leave it loose.
