Layered Lace Frill Bow Shorts

Five rows of scalloped lace frills run down these very short shorts, each layer edged in a fine picot trim. A slim ribbon band circles the waist and ties into a small bow at the centre front, which reads sweeter than a plain elastic finish. Everything pulls on easily, and the lace is backed so the shorts stay opaque where it matters. Five shades cover crisp neutrals through to soft blue, pink and butter yellow for a full Y2K look.
