Bubble Texture Puff Sleeve Maxi Dress

The whole dress is cut from a puckered bubble-textured cloth that holds air and gives the skirt its cloud-like volume without any lining. A square neckline sits across the collarbone, gathered slightly at the centre, and short puff sleeves are drawn in with tiny ties at the hem so you can adjust how they sit. The waist seams high and releases into a long tiered skirt that finishes with a ruffle at the ankle. It works with flat sandals and a basket in summer and with tall boots and a jacket later on.
