Paperbag Waist Button Front Midi Skirt

A soft chambray-look midi with a row of wooden-tone buttons running from the shirred waist to the hem. The gathered paperbag waist has a frill above the elastic, so it pulls on easily and still looks considered with a belt threaded through.
