Halter Neck Ruched Split Hem Top

A slim halter tie loops behind the neck and runs down the front of this fitted top, gathering the centre into soft ruching that opens into a split hem. The stretch knit holds close through the body and the straight bandeau neckline keeps the shoulders bare.
