Elastic Waist Tiered Floral Maxi Skirt

Oversized blooms sit against a deep ground on this fluid, floor-skimming skirt. The waistband is elasticated all the way round so it pulls on comfortably and gathers into soft folds, and a horizontal seam near the bottom releases a wide ruffled tier that gives the hem real swing.
