Floaty printed fabric falls straight from the shoulder to the ankle, so this dress skims the body instead of clinging to it. A short split neckline opens at the front, and the voluminous three quarter sleeves gather into a soft cuff for a slightly dramatic line. Because there is no waist seam, it works as easily over swimwear on holiday as it does with heeled sandals and a structured bag in the city.
